Exclusive Luxury, Digitally Crafted

LIV is Omniyat's exclusive real estate partner, representing some of Dubai's most coveted luxury properties. The digital platform needed to match the caliber of these properties — conveying exclusivity, sophistication, and personalized service at every touchpoint. We designed a premium web experience that positions LIV as the definitive destination for ultra-luxury property seekers, with deep user research driving every design decision from typography to interaction patterns.

Problem Statement

The Challenge

Luxury buyers expected a boutique, personalized digital experience. The existing site felt generic and didn't convey exclusivity. Property details were hard to find and compare, leading to high bounce rates among high-net-worth individuals. The platform needed to feel like walking into a private showroom — curated, intimate, and effortlessly elegant — rather than browsing a typical real estate listing site.

How We Approached It

Phase 01

Research & Discovery

We interviewed high-net-worth property buyers and agents to understand their decision-making journey. We studied luxury brand websites across fashion, hospitality, and automotive to identify patterns that convey exclusivity. Competitive analysis revealed that most Dubai real estate sites relied on stock photography and generic layouts, presenting a clear opportunity for differentiation.

Phase 02

Information Architecture

We designed a property showcase with full-screen imagery, virtual tours, and curated collections that grouped properties by lifestyle rather than just location. The navigation was restructured to prioritize browsing by experience — waterfront living, penthouse views, architectural landmarks — making the discovery process feel aspirational rather than transactional.

Phase 03

Prototyping & Testing

We built interactive prototypes with smooth animations and transitions that convey luxury — from parallax scrolling on property pages to subtle hover states that reveal additional details. Each interaction was tested with target users to ensure the experience felt premium without being slow or over-designed. Load times were optimized to maintain the seamless feel.

Phase 04

Visual Design & Brand Language

We created a bespoke design language with custom typography, photography direction, and a refined color palette that evokes understated luxury. Every visual element — from the weight of borders to the spacing between elements — was calibrated to feel premium. The photography guidelines ensured consistency across all property listings, with art direction that emphasizes natural light and architectural detail.
