The honest trade-off
We are an India-based studio that works with US teams remotely; we do not have a US office and would rather say so. You get senior designers directly and capacity in weeks rather than after a months-long hire. The trade-off is time zone, which async working and a defined overlap window address but do not eliminate. If you need someone in the room every day, hire locally.

WCAG 2.1 AA is our default. In the US this matters commercially as well as ethically, because accessibility claims run into the thousands each year and enterprise procurement increasingly requires a VPAT.
How do you handle IP, NDAs and contracting?
US-standard NDAs, full IP assignment on payment, and USD contracts. We provide W-8BEN documentation so your finance team isn't navigating an unfamiliar process.
How quickly can you start?
Design kickoff is normally within 48 hours of signature, with an initial direction typically within five working days.
