LIV Reside extends the LIV brand into a new residential community concept, where luxury living meets genuine neighborhood connection. Unlike typical luxury developments that emphasize privacy and exclusivity, LIV Reside celebrates shared experiences — from rooftop gatherings to co-working spaces to community gardens. The website needed to make this community promise tangible and show what daily life actually looks like, not just sell square footage.
The Challenge
"Community living" is often vague in luxury marketing — it can mean anything from a shared pool to a full social ecosystem. The digital experience needed to make this tangible and show what daily life actually looks like. Buyers are skeptical of community claims, so the website needed authentic proof points — real stories, real amenities, real lifestyle moments — rather than generic marketing language about "vibrant communities."
How We Approached It
Resident Research
We interviewed existing Omniyat residents about what community value means to them — what makes them stay, what brings them together, what they wish they had. These conversations revealed that community isn't about grand amenities but about daily micro-interactions: the coffee shop where everyone knows each other, the evening walks, the impromptu rooftop gatherings. This insight shaped our entire design approach.
Lifestyle Vignettes
We designed lifestyle vignettes showing real community moments — not staged photography but authentic scenes of people connecting. Morning yoga on the terrace, children playing in curated gardens, neighbors sharing a meal at the communal kitchen. Each vignette was designed as a mini-narrative that potential buyers could see themselves in, making the community promise visceral rather than abstract.
Interactive Day-in-the-Life
We created a "day in the life" interactive experience that takes visitors from morning to evening, showing how community touchpoints are woven into the daily routine. From the co-working space to the organic market to the evening social hour, each moment demonstrates how the building's design facilitates connection. The experience uses time-of-day visuals that create an emotional sense of belonging.
Community Features
We built amenity booking and community event features into the design, giving visitors a preview of the digital community platform that comes with their home. This shows that community isn't just a marketing claim — it's a maintained, curated experience with dedicated programming. The preview included event calendars, club sign-ups, and resident portal functionality that makes the promise concrete.
