Timelines depend on scope, but here are realistic ranges from past projects: a focused landing page or marketing-site sprint runs 2–3 weeks, a complete product redesign or new SaaS dashboard takes 6–10 weeks, and a full design system from tokens to documented components is typically 8–12 weeks. Single-feature design sprints can ship in 5 working days. After our discovery call we'll send a phase-by-phase Gantt with weekly milestones, async update cadence, and exact handoff dates so you can plan around it.

Yes — we offer monthly design retainers and "design-as-a-service" subscriptions for teams that need continuous output without the overhead of hiring a senior designer full-time. You get a dedicated senior designer, weekly priority queue, async Loom updates, Figma access, and the ability to flex scope month-to-month. Most retainer clients use us for ongoing design system maintenance, marketing-page experiments, new feature design, and design QA — all at a fraction of a full-time hire's cost. Three-month minimums apply to ensure we ramp into your domain properly.

Our process runs in four tightly scoped phases. Phase 1 — Strategic Onboarding (24-72 hours): deep-dive on business goals, KPIs, target users and competitive context. Phase 2 — Research & Discovery (~1 week): user interviews, behavioural analysis, IA mapping, and wireframe foundations. Phase 3 — Design & Iteration (2–3 weeks): high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, design system components, and revision rounds with stakeholders. Phase 4 — Delivery & Handoff (3–5 days): developer specs, Figma component library, asset exports, and live implementation support. Throughout we run async Loom/Slack updates daily and a single 30-min sync call each week — no surprise bottlenecks, full visibility on every milestone.

We include unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope — no nickel-and-diming, ever. Our collaborative kick-off and Phase 1 strategic alignment means we lock direction early, so revisions are usually minor refinements rather than major rework. We use Figma comments for inline feedback (no PowerPoints, no markup PDFs), Loom for video walkthroughs, and a shared revision-priority list per phase so nothing slips. If a major scope change comes up mid-project we'll pause, scope it transparently, and propose a fixed adjustment — never an open-ended invoice.

Design is our core focus, but we don't ship and disappear. Every project includes a comprehensive developer handoff package: production-ready Figma files with auto-layout, design tokens (colours, type, spacing, motion), exported assets in multiple formats, redlined specs for spacing/states/responsive behaviour, accessibility annotations, and component documentation. We also stay available for live developer Q&A during implementation — typically 2–4 weeks of post-handoff Slack/email support included free. For full-stack builds we partner with vetted development agencies in India, Dubai and the US whose engineering quality matches our design standards, and can introduce you on request.

Our toolkit is best-in-class and stays current with industry standards. Design: Figma (primary), Adobe XD when client systems require it. Workshops & ideation: FigJam, Miro. Prototyping: Figma's interactive prototypes for most flows, Framer or Principle for complex motion and micro-interactions. Usability research: Maze, Lookback, Lyssna for unmoderated tests; Calendly + Google Meet for moderated sessions. Project management: Notion (project hubs), Slack (daily comms), Loom (async updates), Linear (when integrating with engineering teams). We're tool-flexible — if your team already uses Jira, Asana or ClickUp, we slot right in.

Project-based fixed pricing for defined scopes (landing pages, single-product redesigns, sprints) — fixed price, fixed timeline, no surprise overruns. Monthly retainers for ongoing partnerships (typically ₹1.5L–₹4L/month depending on hours) — best for product teams shipping continuously. Design subscriptions with a flat monthly fee and pause-anytime flexibility — perfect for early-stage startups validating ideas.
