How long does a Designit engagement take?
A design sprint is delivered in five business days, a UX audit in about two weeks, and full product design engagements run four to twelve weeks depending on scope. Retainers are ongoing.
Who actually works on the engagement?
Senior practitioners from kickoff through developer handoff. There are no account managers in the middle and no junior hand-offs after the contract is signed.
Which service should we start with?
If you have a live product and something is wrong, start with a UX audit: fixed scope, two weeks and a ranked fix list whether or not you continue. If you are deciding what to build, start with discovery.
Which regions does Designit work with?
Clients in India and the UAE, and projects for teams in the United States and the United Kingdom. Communication is in English, and invoices are in the client's market currency: INR, USD, GBP or AED. See locations.
